Drive communications planning & media buying strategy across all paid channels including  social, display, search and mobile media. Manage media budgets, including all operational, fiscal and investment ROI and evaluation responsibilities. Develop ABM campaigns, retargeting tactics and ab testing by leveraging and adopting new technologies.

Developed a  blueprint for customer lifecycle management along with concrete segmentation and personalisation strategy. Streamlined marketing automation process and overhauled data integration and visualisation.

Generated leads from triggered and drip email campaigns and created pipeline. Project managed a development of local websites and web production. Developed localised campaign assets and social media content. Designed email templates and digital marketing creatives.
